Here's some shots I dug up from '85. Still had my '81 (wasn't riding it though) and my little bro had an '85 CR125.

Great bike....good luck with it. Leave the buffing wheel in the drawer.

get a dual leading shoe front brake from a 465 for it

you going to use the stock number plate cowling or a preston petty holeshot number plate?

if you get new plastic, put a heat shield behind the right side number plate so the pipe doesnt melt a hole in it[/color:c5b52]

Thanks Guys, and Pipe thanks again for hosting the pics!

And yeah, I 'll need a cylinder. The one that came on it was JB welded from the inside in a bunch of the water jackets. I'll send you a PM or email.

I have the stock cowling for it and as soon as I figure out how Lee gets his plastic loooking new like he does I'll start working on it. I know you use mop and glow but the sanding??? That must be painful!

And I see what you mean about the side panel. It's easy to find used left sides in good shape but never the rights. And yeah, the one that came on it is melted.

Lee wont admit it on the internet, but his shop isnt so big cause its full of bikes. He has a big room in the back full of immigrants with sanding blocks, spackle buckets full of plastic renu and a parts washer[/color:c3b35]
