for years I've only viewed the MOTO RELATED forum. Much less fluff over here and this is the best thread I've seen in a while. Great work Dr. She looks perfect.

Actually not, I'm focused on replica parts and weather is too hot for this things, I'll go on with some modifies in next months.

The only real news is the HPP factory cover finally ready:

Finally a good test on the track, powerful engine, very impressive at all range, but poor sunspensions...I will work on them for next steps.

Sounds good! So crisp. I have a '91 CR250 which is somewhat of a Stanton replica (in the process). It doesn't run so clean and takes a while to clear out. Do you think it's just jetting or could the powervalves need cleaning? I already replaced the right-side main seal. So, I eliminated that potential issue.

Congrats Ryan your bke is very clean and refined, very close to original one as well.

It sound a little different from mine, it could depend on piston and rings wearing, pipe seams like new, and jetting seems pretty right too. I don't like engine idle, I prefer it shuts of by itself, and in your bike it seems that low end is a little reach, but only a bit.
It's not easy to evaluate by remote...

Thanks for the reply doctor46. I don't like an idle on my 2-stokes either. I just turned it up because I was selling the bike. I decided to keep it though. I will try getting it tuned better when I can. Thanks for the inspiration!
