Looks good, plus a pair of Simons forks up front. Those Fox rear shocks look a tad too long judging by rear wheel travel.
It looks to be a 1979 model year with rear frame loop.
You could probably sell those Simons forks seperate, pick up a good pair of 78/79 maico forks cheap and have enough money to fund restoration.
Have fun!

Nice find-Looks like a CRF aluminum swing arm? Magoo ran one on his Factory 79 Maico for a bit.

pulling the Simons forks and fox air shocks off, picked up some stock 1980 42mm forks and works performance shocks for it. Any idea what I should ask for the simons and fox airs ?

1980 forks might not work as that year they raised the steering head significantly.

May work if you can marry them to some 1981 triple clamps, but check it out before you let the Simons forks go.
Price for forks and shocks, check out some of vintage MX swap-meet forums and ebay but if your struggling I'll take them both off your hands forGrinning $200! Wink

Seriously, reckon Fox shocks should fetch around $600 and forks $1000 plus but could be a lot more. You could always place a free ad on English site http://forums.mxtrax.co.uk/forumdisplay.php/34-Vintage-Swapshop

Nice find. I would pull it apart and clean/lube and replace what's needed. Ride for a while with the original patina. It might be a combo that you don't want to break up. Down here, every Maico guy has their bike looking like a museum piece with all the billet parts etc but I've not seen one with the Simons/Fox setup. It would be nice to see something like that on the track, at least in my opinion.
