What hubs are these?

I know they fit a Honda 450R.





But what brand are they? It's been powdercoated and I can see no stampings. Dad got them for $15, I don't need them so I would like to know what they are and what they're worth.

They appear to be older Talon hubs. That's just a guess though.

They almost look like RAD hubs, but these are cast, not billet.
