Put it in a press and bend the lip back into line, if you don’t want to go the replacement route.

Use a hammer and a piece of wood to tap it back straight. Check your spokes. Next time the tire is off you need to try and straighten it up by tightening and loosening opposite spokes. There are videos on YouTube. You can get a tire ballencing set up from harbor freight for cheap that will help if you want

I would replace it. Bending it back will further fatigue the rim. A new rim will cost far less than potential medical bills should it fail completely.

I can't vouch for a Kawasaki (DID?) rim, but on my KTM excel rim, I loosened up the spokes, heated the rim on the kitchen (gas) stove and gave it a good smack with a rubber mallet. I was impressed with the repair for my first try!

Press back into shape in an arbor press using a hardwood block.

Tyre could probably be left on.
