KX125 clutch washer location?

2001 KX125. Changing clutch basket to a Hinson, OEM shop manual doesn't show the location of the large tapered washer (approx 3" diameter washer pictured sitting on the basket)

Like an amature I missed where it came out of in the assembly.
Can anyone advise install location of this washer?

I just put a new wiseco basket in my 99 and did not have that washer. Anywhere in the motor actually cuz I did a crank too
