Need some help for the Metering Rod
Bike is a KTM SX 300
As i get the Lectron the Rod lenght was 2.060 from brass Ring to Tip but ist was was way to lean

Then i 1/2 Turn in to 2.050 then 1 Turn to 2.025 but it is still lean .
When it comes back to Idle it sounds like it run out of Fuel.
According to owners manual i should go in 3.75 Turns, does that mean 3.75 from the Starting Point?

Looks to me like you have it right. 3.75 turns from the starting point.. and the starting point is when the rod is threaded in just enough so no threads are seen.

But all that is basically irrelevant since you already know what your factory set length is and are measuring it with a caliper. I suggest you just keep going richer in 1/4 turn increments until you get in the ball park and then fine tune from there.

Do you have the original spec sheet for the carb? I suggest you verify the power jet is also set where it is supposed to be. 1/4 turn on the power jet makes a pretty big difference in rich/lean.

The Factory Setting was 2.060 so should i Start from here or from the 2.060 Minus the 3.75 Turns in .
As English is not my Language i do not really understand the Manual

Just keep doing what you have been doing... start at the 2.060 and keep making 1/4 turn adjustments richer(SHORTER) and test after each adjustment. You'll probably also need to adjust the idle after each rod adjustment to compensate.

If you were to go 3.75 turns from the 2.060 point, you'd probably end up waaay too rich, since the 2.060 is already a baseline adjustment which is richer than the "no threads" starting point.

Ok thanks i’ll try again tomorrow , that bike make me Crazy .
After an Engine Runaway i replaced almost everything Reeds+Gasket ,Carburator, Head and Base Gasket - Crankshaft Seal for possible Air Leak and it still runs to lean
