Tyre Bead OK?

New to changing tires myself. only been riding for 12 months. Bought myself a used spare set of wheels and the back already had a tyre on (Practically Brand new).

When i removed the tyre it was full of water.

My question is...... is this tyre ok to re-use as the bead looks bent out of shape? Do think this is why it took on water?

It should be ok as long as you don't see any wire sticking out of the bead. They do get deformed, but will seal up ok.
