This bike is in very good condition with many upgrades, ready to ride and needs nothing. FMF Gnarly pipe, Stealhy flywheel weight, pleated gripper seat, fresh tires, o-ring chain and carbon fiber chain guide, skid plate, frame guards. New air filter, radiator shrouds, fork boots, front fender, chain slider, fork guards, graphics.
I am a veteran rider/wrench and have restored a number of mx bikes. Over the winter I went retro with the look in tribute to the famous 1986-1987 CRs. The forks were replaced with conventional cartridge forks identical to the 87 forks, which perform much better than the stock 1990 forks. The stock forks are included and if you prefer them I can put them back on prior to purchase.
Amazing play bike or vintage racer. Engine and pipe would also be a great start for a CR500 aluminum frame conversion.
Asking $2,300 - I have too many toys and want to focus on my other machines. Will throw in matching O'Neal Hardwear pants and jersey if you pay full asking price. Unfortunately I do NOT have a title but will provide bill of sale.

Located in DuPont, WA, about an hour south of Seattle.

Nice bike! Was skeptical while reading, picturing old shrouds, etc.. Rigged into place, but was wrong. Nicely done!

Thanks - yeah it's really just a 90 with okd school forks and color scheme. I found a buyer, its actually going to England oddly enough.

Yep, I've got an 88 CR125 that I've had since 92, so very familiar with the mid 80's to mid 90's CR's. Mine of course is the red of 88-89, but with the old style 85-88 shrouds. I've always wanted to change the tank, shrouds, and seat to 89 parts for a better look and ergonomics. I know it would require the 89 pipe too.... Not positive if it would all bolt right up, but worth a try.... Those 2 years were the same chassis, but may have had radiator change, mounting hole changes... Gotta do some research. Anyway, nicely done. Glad you were successful in selling it.

Airbox and pipt may be different too. If you have any need, I have an extra 88 CR 125 tank Id love to get out of my garage. Heavily oxidized but restorable with some elbow grease.
