2014 YZ450F (35 total hours) with GYTR tuner

Since I can't seem to get used to the 450 four stroke, my 2014 YZ450F is up for sale.
I am asking $5500

The title is clear/clean, it is in my name and there is no bank-loan, lean, or other weird circumstances.
It is mostly stock with the exception of the following items which I'll include with the bike:

-Pro Circuit T4 (aluminum / stainless) silencer only with the removable USFS spark arrestor insert.
(Note, I do not have the stock silencer).
-GYTR EFI "Power Tuner" It is still in the original box, although I've used it about 3 times.
-Brand new Dunlop rear tire
-OEM Yamaha oil filter (for the next oil-change)
-Twin-Air air filter (Oiled and sealed in a bag; the stock filter is currently in the bike).
-Rubber wash plug for the exhaust.

This bike is very clean and adult owned. It has a total of 35 hours, 7 minutes total run time.
I have only used ETHANOL-FREE premium fuel.
The oil has been changed every ride (typically 1.5 to 2.5 hours per track day on the hour meter)
The oil filter has been replaced with a new OEM Yamaha filter every 2nd ride (typically 4 to 5 hours)
