1985 Kawasaki Works Replica KX80, Again Big thanks to Dubya Wheels,, Bill's Pipes,,, cmnsl,,& Karl at KLP Racing Swingarms, got all oem nos plastic most came from cmsnl new seat new tank rad shroud side plates and such the front fender was a hard 1 to locate so I used Dr.Phil at plastic renovations. His skill is unmatched.

KLP Racing. U have to be patient for a true craftsman to do his thing, if your doing a build the swingarm I would send out first, then go about other projects on bike build, 🤘🇺🇸

I have used a few different guys till I found Phil Cox at Plastic Renovations. Can not describe how good he is and how cool he is to chat with his list of builders hes done work for all over the globe is Huge. and sometimes he can point u in the right direction to find stuff. Cool Cat Dr. Phil.
I have tried a few times to mix a cocktail black but in the end the PJ 1 RATTLE CAN SATIN BLACK SEEMS THE BEST NOW THERES A FEW SHADES WITH PJ1 BLACK HIGH HEAT MOTOR PAINT but i like the satin, but primer i use house of Kolor, Spelling is a problem 4me..... i ride dirt bikes and stand up jet skis spelling was to hard 4me...

Ok. I've looked at this thread a few times now, and I'm blown away with this build. The attention to detail, that pipe alone.
But I keep getting distracted by all the other bikes in the background. Clearly, we are dealing with a 1980s mini fanatic, and I'd love to hear more about your plans for say, the 84 and 86 YZ80 I spotted, among others. Is that an 81 RM80?
