That bike is stupid cheap for it's age and condition. You should jump on it. You would have zero problems getting your money back if you ever decided to sell it.
Nice price. I had a friend that had a 1989 I think the first year of this design. It was a skinny, light, great hanging bike but the 89 was really hard to keep it on the pipe.
Just a seat cover away from being awesome… and remove the swingarm decals😂 quick handling chassis and quick burst engine, great on tight style tracks, handful on fast outdoor type tracks…
The 91 rm250 was a good bike. Friend had one so I spent some time on one. Fun bike, snappy easy to ride clutch was butter, turn on a dime, one of the best out of the box suspended of all the 250 picks in 91. Pretty sure those had yellow frames and camo graphics, So probably rebuilt 10 ways from sunday.
That bike seems to be having an identity crisis. A '91 with '90 graphics and all yellow plastics, '96 frame color, '98(?) seat cover, and a Ronnie Mac swing arm sticker to tie it all together.

I hate to be a stickler....ah, no I don't. The frame color is wrong for 1991. The graphics are the tasteful 1990 editions....yet the frame color is also wrong for 1990.
I personally would powder coat the frame blue and find a blue seat cover and go all in 1990
Craigslist is the place to find deals. Fakebook marketplace is such a ridiculous feeding frenzy, it is impossible to find anything at a decent price anymore. The only people who seem to list stuff on craigslist are old people who are oblivious to facebook lol
May not be a ‘91 but it’s certainly a nice bike. I had a 91 RM250. I actually liked the white shrouds and number plates. The yellow frame added to it. Loved that bike - long and skinny.

Needs more day-glo animal skin prints.
This sticker should double the price👍👍👍🤣
