Anyone Else Have This Issue?

This only pops up when i’m logged in and using wifi, i can access the website fine if i log in with the wifi on my phone turned off. Anyway around this? This happens on both my iPhone 11, and Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 laptop that runs windows 11. Also, it doesn’t redirect me after the three seconds, it goes in a loop for forever, and clicking the link doesn’t help.

My phone will get vital but my desktop cannot connect.  Says failed to connect

When I use Opera's free VPN, I can access the website just fine. Haven't tried this on my phone yet because I have never used a vpn on my phone.

I get it on my phone occasionally if I have Express VPN turned on, but not every time. Other than that, the only issues I have is the site takes forever to load.
