A Hard Fought Battle For Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki Team In Utah

​Corona, Calif. (August 17, 2015) - The Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki Team faced a humid and hard fought weekend in Tooele, Utah. Rider Joey Savatgy had some solid runs at Miller Motorsports Park, but came up short of the podium this past weekend, taking ninth. Fellow teammate Chris Alldredge, had a hard time as well, taking 22nd due to a few crashes. Both riders remained in there overall point standing positions at 9th (Savatgy) and 15th (Alldredge).

Savatgy Looking To Keep Position
Joey Savatgy had a hard time on Utah's track, but was able to remain confident and ride solid. In the first Moto, he took a hard crash around the first turn, pushing him back behind the pack, however he was able to make his way through to finish in a commendable 5th place. In Moto 2, Joey seemed to be in good position but slowly began to be passed and pushed back to finish out at 11th. Savatgy ended taking 9th overall and remained in the 3rd spot for the overall Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship Point Standings.
Alldredge Keeps Battling
Chris Alldredge also had a hard time this weekend. In the first Moto, he didn't get a great start out of the gate and an unfortunate crash pushed him back behind the group, to finish 17th. In Moto 2, Chris looked for a redemption run, but could not pull it off, finishing 30th. Chris took 22nd overall for Utah, remaining in the 15th spot, sitting 47 points away from the #10 position in the Championship Point Standings.
