Talent aside from a pure business asset, I wouldn't hire Forkner, Savatgy, or even Cianciarulo and I LOVE that guy. They are responsible for delivering performance to the team and sponsors. For some of these guys it's more than just a string of bad luck..they are injury prone.
Availability is the biggest asset in Pro sports and has to be the #1 thing any team considers.
