Unfortunately, there was a 21st competitor in the first attempt at a Supercross main event...the red flag. Trey Canard had caught a Tuff Blox cover on his bike, and didn't make the first triple. Ryan Morais was coming down on the triple as Canard rode up the face of the third jump, which made for a horrible crash, and both of the riders unconscious on the track. We got an update late last night from Aaron Canard, letting us know that Trey was heading into surgery for a fractured T10-T12, and Morais had a broken jaw. Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery for both riders.
