I was looking for a clutch perch for my 23 YZ450 but didn't want to shell out $150+ for a WC/ARC/PT clutch perch. After using the BUD Racing clutch perch for 10+ hours, it has held up very well and is in my opinion, the most practical buy for a rider looking to upgrade to an aftermarket perch with its $85 price point (after shipping). The adjustor has a detent that keeps it in place, this makes its operation smooth and makes it feel like a WC replica. It looks great cosmetically and hasn't faded or scratched.
I have a set of Bud triple clamps that are a super high quality piece that were very fairly priced. I’ve had them for going on 6 years and 150+ hours and still look near new. The US importer in CA is super helpful from my experience of talking on the phone with him. They’re a really overlooked company IMO.
Is the lever a cr replica like wc? So lucky to have Budd racing in America. A lot of trick stuff. They hv 04 cr125 BUDD HGS pipes in stock now. I think the pipe is for 03,04 maybe 02 also. The different silencers r very trick. I like the blue shorty with the carbon fiber cap.
Any pictures of this in person ? I seem to always want to collect cool clutch perches
