Honestly the Nihilo billet throttle housing is a silly buy but damn it so f’ing awesome. It’s bad ass
I have 2 more parts to install on the bike and possibly complete.. whos knows.. 🤙🏻
I will be using 707 suspension if I do it!

Going full tilt vet status… 98% chance the Kashima fork tubes and the black dlc lower fork tubes happen soon. 707 and I have been talking.
Western slope Colorado
Well hopefully finished. I think I am going to hold off on the forks unless mid season snowboard season boredom happens but I got a sled to fix that! Haha
The bike works awesome as heck! Definitely the best bike to date.

The Renthal GP rear sprocket. Not sure why they are not advertising it in the USA
Well I am idiot.. Still buying shit
Yes the point of a clear tank is so can see the fuel remaining.. Well I am weirdo and can’t stand the yellowing fuel tank….Soooo I bought the CMT composti carbon fiber fuel tank covers, they are definitely light as feather but not sure I love how it looks on the bike. They also leave a sliver of the tank uncovered so you can see how much fuel you have.
I also bought the ‘23 fork guards but they need a bit of dremel work to install with the technical touch fork lugs.
Also the carbon fiber itch has moved on to the superjet..
Such a sick build. You know, a real carbon fiber tank and chain guide would look great on there
In that weird position where the bike is awesome but want something new… used bike market is absolute shit right now so probably won’t get much for the bike but saying that it’s like the all time best time to buy a new bike. I can’t justify 2 bikes anymore. I guess I will flip a coin on what direction I go.. lol
new fork guards because.. who knows
Is it Amazon every day for horse stuff? Hundred dollar bills go in front and horseshit comes out the back.
Lol…
Anything that is spending money while you sleep is not a good thing.. X2 is even worse
I was hoping to get a 2024 Husqvarna but something’s happened in personal life and that won’t happen..
So some sweet ‘24 front end plastics will have to do and a TD vortex ecu.
Pit Row
Sorry to hear about the life making a right turn when you were going straight ahead.
Looks like you are now in an apartment and your shop is in the dining area?????
I am interested in how you managed to get the bike in there? Talk about adapting to new surroundings.
Thank you for your detailed bike build posts. They are fun to follow.
Good luck to you.
Thank you. It was a hell of ‘23.. 4 deaths and a divorce.
Yes I am in a condo in Snowmass village and no garage, so the living room is now the garage. It was quite a challenge getting it in, I actually tried getting my stand up jet ski through the door but just couldn’t make it happen. I am adapting the best I can but bringing ladies over with a dirtbike in your living room has been an interesting conversation starter. 👍🏻👊🏻🤘🏻🤙🏻
thanks for reaching out.. 2024 will be a great year.. looking forward to great things and not looking in the rear view mirror.
Bummer to hear how heavy '23 was for you! I've definitely had more death pass through my life in the last year than I've ever experienced before; not sure if it just part of getting older, or fluctuations in the universe / metaphysics / all that we don't understand.
Just want to give you props for sharing the details of you bike build; also a fan of the OEM+ / "factory trail rider" approach of your build. Your thread on this build was one of the most significant factors influencing my decision to buy a FE350, and is my main point of reference when considering upgrades / protection for my bike. Thanks for sharing the progress, and if you ever want to ride in Rifle, hit me up!
Thank you bro! Sorry for your losses as well. Life is wild.
We will rip soon 🤙🏻
I went west into Utah for a rip! It was gosh darn awesome! Most of you guys are used to huge whoops but damn this place is nuts for me! Single track whoops from 2.5 to 4 ft! For the first rip of the year the legs and back are feeling it! Of course I had to get a picture of me “new kit goofin”
I will be sending the TD vortex ecu in soon for a remap.
120 hours on her.. still rips so hard. Not sure when I should do a top end/ look at valves?
Bike & kit combo is fire! Really dig how the blue accent pieces works together with the frame!
I'm at 120 hours on mine as well and wondering the same thing about checking valves / top end. I was anticipating more of an "off season" from moto in the middle of winter to catch up on these things, but it has been perpetual desert hero dirt, and ski season has been "meh." Given my proclivity for procrastinating, I'll probably put it off till next year, or until I get my '83 XR200R going as a backup ride.
If you are riding in the upper RPM range for most of your riding days, I would suggest sooner (150 hours) rather than later.
On the east coast where I ride a private track 98% of the time, I can see going to 200 hours as I ride a gear high and low RPM.
If you are religiously changing your oil and filter before the oil changes color, you can extend these times. I change my oil around six hour intervals. Excessive, yep. But worth it to me. I also want to keep my engine until the 200 hour mark.
Post a reply to: 2020 Husqvarna FX 350… Finally finished 🤙🏻
