I don’t have an answer for you, but KTM changed something in 2019 as those bikes made more power then the 17-18 and they didn’t really say anything about it. Stock the 17-18 made like 47.5hp and the 19+ made something like 49.

The problem with doing a percentage rule is a lot of those guys can throw down a heater lap in qualifying, but can't keep that pace for the whole race and still become road blocks.

Cooper has been on the '26 since the start. Webb was on the '25 at the start of the season with the '26 engine package, but switched over to the '26 a few rounds ago.

I see this type of reply in many of the threads about Chase, Eli is on a new bike and new team as well. The same excuse was made when he went to KTM the first year. At what point do the fingers get pointed at Chase and not at the bike or the team? The one race he won...
