Who doesn’t love a good moto history mystery? And here is an update, although not totally conclusive… Nelson Whitehill was from Escondido, CA and signed up for the 1974 Hangtown 125 National. In the program (see attachment) he is listed on being on a BANDI, which makes no sense because they apparently don't exist in motocross. He is the only person in the program with a 5-letter brand, as everyone else is listed as: HON, SUZ, PEN, etc. However, Whitehill also seems to have one sponsor listed: "Ennette W. Bullock" And in a current records search, there is a listing...

We will sell the house and put some stuff in storage in Spring of 2028, a year after I retire (July 30, 2027 is my last day!!!!). One of our plans is to spend a year following the SX and Outdoor tours and hit every race at every track. My wife is a big moto fan too, so she's down for it. Then we will do a wine tour, a fly fishing tour, and a golf tour. That's the first 4 years of retirement on the road. After that who knows.
