Put some foam between the plate and the bike and it will keep a lot of the dirt and mud out.

I don't mind the acerbis one on my 24. Pretty easy on and off.

I ordered one for a 2025 and trimmed it to fit. I used an angle grinder with 60-grit flap sand wheel, trimmed the areas with the red arrows down (weld is lower on 2026) and the area with the blue arrow I made wider to not rub against the frame. Did the same on the other side to clear the ignition cover a bit better. Kinda surprised how long it’s taking for parts to get made for this bike. I got one in August of last year and have had to get creative on some things.

10/13/2025 9:30am I know this is a Luxon thread but I second the REP link. I installed it after damn near giving up on the +23 chassis. The best bang for my buck on my '23 KTM 450, hands down.

7/2/2024 7:24am @AssangeMX any update on the issues you were having? Mine developed an intermittent "bog" recently, too. After it bogs and dies, it'll fire right back up. I checked all the connections and they seemed fine. Seems like my only option now is to start throwing parts at it... Stop Switch, Fuel Pump, Spark Plug Cap, etc.
