Test the stator after you ride for 15-20 minutes it might be overheating and then shutting down.

This sounds like a failing stator. Not producing enough voltage to charge the battery.

It's probably the fan. The 350's stator doesn't put out much juice and the KTM fan has the biggest draw of all the fans. I put a stator on my xcf with the ktm brand fan and it's worked flawlessly. If you want to test this. Put in your new battery and unplug the fan. See how long it lasts.

6/17/2025 3:44pm Was at one of the "local" tracks here this last week. There were three Triumphs on the track. One of the three had a very distinct whistle noise, similar to a turbo whine. I could hear it halfway around the track from the pits.

5/29/2025 9:16pm I did make sure that the surface between the adjuster nut and swingarm was clean and dry. That is a really good thing to mention though! It is the brake rotor side that keeps coming loose. I run 68-70 mm on chain slack.
