I held off on posting this as its kinda soft, but given the above dialogue... As much as I love the theater of a "winner takes all" SLC main event, I kinda hope "something" happens in Denver to split them enough to where the SLC outcome is more probable for one or the other. Simply because they are both amazing people, and arguably the 2 most deserving of an SX title in the paddock following years of adversity. For the both of them to be this ridiculously close to taking it, unfortunately 1 inevitably is going to be absolutely heartbroken...

I'm gonna be super stoked for one and super bummed for the other, this is gonna be one of the most bittersweet championships I've ever seen. That being said, it's gotta go to Kenny, man. He can't end his career without a 450SX title.

For me it's like picking your favorite child!! How the hell to do you root for one over the other. Both guys are class acts and Hunter has done phenomenal managing the season with great race craft. HRC has had some titles recently. Kenny has paid the price over the years and endured sooo much that I guess I'm hoping he wins. For him!!!! And his family. For the team and Suzuki. And for Larry Brooks!!!

I thought that was pretty interesting.. The last time Kenny also had 5 wins in a SX season was 2016!! 10 years later he has 5 wins again and he's leading the points with two rounds to go. That's insane. I think this second half of the season he is truly riding the best he ever has, including the start of 2017. I hope he brings it home man.
