BTW Shaun, your 350 looked tits! Why the change up, other than it being labeled bad luck after injury?

Thank ya! I did love my 250, but after the injury I didn’t feel the same about it. I actually broke my back from sever head shake at 4th wide, and that bike had 4CS which we all know is related to headshake.. I searched for a set of AER48’s, but ended up getting a wicked deal on the 125 which the cost of buying a set of AER’s would be more then what the fresh 125 costed me...
Here’s my 250 after I powder coated the frame

Be careful with carb cleaner in most cases its going to make the problem worse and actually remove some of the powder coat.

Petroleum based chemicals caused the problem and adding more chemicals isn't going to resolve it.
the powder that is used on frames offers more scratch, chip and uv resistance but actually offers less chemical resistance that paint. im guessing the frame was slightly under cured from the factory which will great magnify the lack of chemical resistance.
