2000 ADB Australian Thumper Nats (back in the day when the Nationals were still ruled by 2 strokes)

Is this the worlds trickest KLX250??? KX250 frame, KLX250 motor, Ohlins suspension, etc etc. Sharky turned out lap times similar to the Open/Unlimited class on this baby...

Sharky won both the Australian 250SX and 250MX championships in 2000 (apologies for the poor quality)

Yep, Was so trick back in the day.

Do you remember the XR650s that got tricked out in the early 2000s? I'm not sure who rode them, but i would love to see more photos of those again.

Michael Byrne rode one for Oneill Honda in OZ but can't find a pic of it anywhere!

Couldnt find any post 2000 XR's, but did stumble across a photo of Glen Bells 96 XR, Anyone else remember the XR 250's that Honda built for Kim Ashkenazi and Paul Grant in 98?

KLX frame, with a KX subframe and radiator shourds with a hand made alloy tank, thing of beauty, but they would not start hot,

they ran them in 2001 against the new YZ250F's and did pretty good on them,
