Every rider he "coaches" goes on to crash out of everything... Every Rider.
Intense Mountain Biking is the worst thing you can do for your riding...

If I was clueless every top rider would have an intense Mountain Bike regimen like Ryno utilizes... yet none of the top guys do it. Don't be hurt because you race MTBs... I am sure your lack of talent on a dirtbike will prevent you from ever seeing the negatives you get from the Mountain Bike racing.

Why does the fit as a fiddle Eli "MTB Racer" Tomac fade in every race if he doesn't crash... Always says he gets "tight"...

Get off the MTB and get on the road bike... stop thinking that MTB racing is "close" to motocross... you are fooling yourself.

You may not believe it... but I know.

Mountain biking is the worst thing for MX Riders as it causes you to have arm-pump once you get on a dirtbike.

People claim he ruined Wilson, yet Tomac wis dominant in the 250's with him.
Unfortunately he isnt very knowledgeable, he thinks he is and to those who dont know much also believe what he says. In his videos the athletes form in the gym etc is so wrong it should for starters be corrected and not allowed if he knew what he was doing, then his knowledge s very limited and opinionated. I have brought up at times and questioned him personally in the past with valid scientific facts and backing of which he had no idea and wasnt interested in listening. That alone to me says alot about someone who is trying to train an athlete. I have no doubt his on bike training may be good but anything else is thumbsuck by him at best.

Yeah I don't buy this mountain biking hurts with moto. I think it's one of the best simulations of moto. Yeah the bike is light but if you have big hills to climb your heart rate jumps you are working your legs like crazy. And riding downhill is way awesome for Moto teaches you how to carry momentum around corners and to use your brakes the correct way. And it requires fast reactions and gooddecision making because you are goin way fast with trees rocks and all kinds of stuff in the trail. I have a trail I ride my strava gps clocked me at around 50 mph.

Colonel.... interesting. I had a similar conversation with him and he was able to back it up fact. Additionally, he was open to ideas. Did you really have this conversation? Did you not hear what you wanted to hear? Are you just talking shit and trying to bury a rider like others on VitalMx?

Is there anyone who doesn't know who Eli's dad is? Exactly zero percent chance this kid wasn't going to spend heaps of time on an MTB.
