Finally picked up my Triumph Street Triple R this sunmer, 3 days after passing my test. Put about 1000 miles on in before bundling it into a van and driving down to my dad's place near Lake Maggiore in Italy, where I put another 1200 miles on it in the Italian hills and Swiss Alps - a recommended pilgrimage for anyone who has the chance.

This bike is special to me, as I worked on it for a bit before moving on to other projects. It's quite cool to own and ride a bike that you've helped design!






My favourite part of the trip? Convincing my 62 year old dad (the same guy who bought his 11 year old son an rm85 15 years ago) to rent a bike and join me for a day in the Alps - his first time riding a bike since he passed his test 10 years ago. A very cool day, and one that I hope to repeat many times in the future!



Having spent most of my life thinking motocross was the only way to have fun riding motorbikes, I've actually really enjoyed this bad boy.

I’m digging the 2 stroke road bike love.
Crazy jump on the RD350!!!

Coming from MX, the first water cooled RD350LC seemed the obvious choice as my first Street bike.
Had an RZ350 after that.
Blew up my RGV250 - see “Power valve into piston”
Now I try and race an Historic 1989 NSR250 Honda (250cc V twin)
Check the pipes!
