Just seen this! Wow. Star is going to have a strong team for next year! J-Mart on a 250 with Christian Craig. Plessinger & Ferrandis for the 450 squad

Nice.

It seems like Factory Yamaha has never been the best operation, so I am curious to see if they can build a great 450.

Real pump for JMart to be back on blue.

Cooper will be back, not sure about anyone else. Nichols is, I think? So what about some of the other young guys that were running 250s? Masterpool, Frye, Thrasher? Are they all back too?

As stated, its gonna be Nichols, Cooper, Frye, and J. Mart.
And Craig.
I would guess Thrasher only ran a few nationals but is maybe staying amateur for next year? It seems like they just went through a whole lot of trouble to get him on the team to let him go so soon, especially given his good results.

Oh I didn't read the text because I thought that was a screenshot from JMart's personal page (which I read.) I see now that it was from Star's page. Well that's kind if a bummer. I really wanted to see what Masterpool could do if he was healthy and running a full year. Didn't get to see Thrasher much, but he looked good. Frye looks good though. Still a solid team.

Not sure if that can be taken as reliable because a lot of people confuse him with his brother, who rides a Husky. That being said, if he ended up on Rockstar Husky's 250 team, that would be cool.

That bike is good enough to look the other way on alot. He may have been champ this year on that bike. (Dylan is a very deserving champion)

Thrasher will be focused on testing and learning SX throughout the winter and will then make his full-time pro debut for Outdoors 2021 with the team with SX debut in 2022

Are the guys that worked for the Yamaha 450 team migrating to Star for their 450 program? Or are they out of a job?

He's Instagram still shows him riding a Yamaha.

JMart seems to have held less a grudge than most of his fans. I don't recall him outwardly calling Cooper out even when anybody that watched it could see what happened.

I’m also interested to see how the Star team will do with the 450. It does seem like in the past when their riders did 450 cameo’s, they had better results with their initial setups (e.g Cooper Webb at 2015 USGP, MXON). Seems like a strong team.

I was really hoping Craig would stay on 450s. Oh well, gotta go where they pay you to be i guess.

Well I guess if he cross jumps him again he can give him an old fashioned ass whipping behind the semi.

That is a strong lineup. I got to ride Amarts Star Yamaha 250 when he was on the team and it was fast. Of coarse me being 6'2" didn't really match with the ergonomics but I enjoyed the ride. I can only imagine how fast those bikes are now.

Reasonable odds this 250 team wins zero 250 SX titles in 2021.

Five 250 guys and two 450 guys. That’s a big team with a lot of fast and big names. Not to mention the signed amateur riders. Business must be booming!

It's been 5 and 2 for quite a few years now.
