Got my rebuilt shocks back from service and slapped a new piston in the old girl.
These bikes gets a big smile on my face everytime! Even when im rusty as he*l and stuggling with bad arm pump lol
Time to ride more!

The Shop
Now its game on with the new Carb on the CR,
Now that the Spring series is over we're hitting select races here and there. Hope to see you at a few my friend.
Ricky thought the same thing in 02 when he went to Honda. Told HRC put the Keihin on it. Then they showed him the dyno, and Mikuni it was.
The trick is to order an S7 nozzle. The nozzle is the brass fitting that the main jet screws into. They come with an S8. Jets r us in Cleveland has them. No one even knows the nozzle is there and replaceable because everyone's already looking for a PWK.
After that, jet the thing as per normal and it's much better than throwing an old PWK on it. That's just for people who can't jet and blame the carb.
There isn't a single make/model in existence that has more garbage misinformation on it than that one model right there.
What carb problems did you have ?
My 2007 fouled plugs but i changed to the JD jetting kit and i have never had a problem since. Both my 2003 & 2007 has that jetting kit.
Heres my 2007 Cr250 track weapon i had plans to race a few years back.It did see a few races but not much.
