Huge bummer about you getting injuried again. Hope you are healing up well
. So a lot of chatter about RCH changing brands ? Do you have any insite on that ? Have you heard anything about J Mart coming to RCH ? And what do you think of all that crap that Krocs dad was spewing awhile ago about your team ?

How much difference is there between your training programs for SX versus MX?

Is the SX training just all about balls to the wall, 20minute sprints, and MX more about being able to do back to back 35min + sessions, more of an endurance type training?
Offseason training is importmant for the whole year especially outdoors. During the week in between one or the other isn't much different other than the motos. I wouldn't say so, I feel like it's important to have intensity throughout the year so either way that needs to be in the program all year

I'm not sure the rumors that have been roaming, I haven't heard anything as of brand or for rider in the future. Yeah all I can say is sometimes things get put in a different text and get blowed out of proportion.

How different would your offseason prep be if motocross was before supercross? How different would training load/type/intensity be?
Thanks.

Offseason prep is importmant to build your base up. The bigger your base the faster you recover. If Moto was first I don't think it would be too much different other than the riding portion. Intensity has to be in no matter what. If your starting with not much fitness it is important to ease into it or you won't get much out of it. Sleep and rest is really important for recovery so is your diet. Everyone's heart rate zones are different. I think it's important to get your training and riding in by early afternoon so you can relax eat dinner and go to bed.

Thanks for taking the time Broc.

Did Killy Rusk surprise you with that last corner (last second) pass in San Diego last year?

Broc,

Thanks for doing this! I know you don't get much time off, if any... During your down time, have you ever hit the trails in northern MI? Baldwin area etc? Curious if you enjoy that kind of riding as a break from the regular grind.

Heal up quick! Looking forward to seeing you back soon!

Hey Broc just wanted to say we are always pulling for you man. Keep up the good fight. This is Brac Tickle a cyclura caymanenasis from Cayman Brac island, the smallest island in the Cayman Islands. There was less than a dozen left in the wild just few years ago but we were able to help reestablished them back to healthy numbers. We named this guy after you and your strength to persevere.

Broc, what are your hobbies outside of moto? And, do you plan to stay in the moto industry after you retire? Thanks.

What advice would you have to the upcoming Pro Riders on what to expect like Austin Forkner?

If you could go back in time to any moments in your pro career what would you change?

Thanks again for taking the time to answer everyone's questions!!
Get well soon man

Broc - Thanks for doing this. You've always seemed like a hard worker who just keeps progressing. At your level, how important is nutrition? Do you just have some general guidelines or is your diet planned out to the nth degree? Thanks !

Do you think Devon Pilkington, could come off the couch and win the 250 east title?

Do you think the MXGP series would be something for you? Would you like to experience the different countries, food, people, fans, ...

When you get offers from teams what are the most important things to look at, for you? People to work with? Bike? Money? Program (and what does that mean exactly)? Teammates?
