I was shoping at Chaparral recently and had them mount a set of tires for me.
I was bretty bummed out when they brought them out looking like this.
What would you guys do if it were you? These wheels only had 2 sets of tires on them previously and were great shape.

Sure, I'd go back & ask a nice version of W-T-F...?
Pffffffft!
Dunlop 952s are like "Works Tires" compared to those Communist Cheng-Shin "Rebranders"!
The Shop
That day alone I spent over $700 there. I prob spend atleast 2k a year from them and have been shoping there for the last 20 years. At first I didnt want to complain...not my style but after a couple buddys seen them in my garrage there were like thats BS.
So I called and asked the manager to do something...I explained that I was a long time customer and i would appriciate some kind of compinsation. They blew me off and basically said your screwed we dont care!
I run Michelin's on my moto bike

Reminded me of this,
Pit Row
The fucked me over on $12 worth of jets after buying $400 worth of gear the same day. They could've cared less.
I wish moto jihad on those bitches.
Since you took them home, they will most likely deny they did it.
Black sharpie will now be your best bet.
I go there to get odds and ends sometimes, but Ive seen their tire dept. employees, I sure would not use them.
Cycle Gear has better prices and will change them for you on the spot while you watch.
As for my opinion, I don't think you could expect them to give you a new set of wheels. I mean, what'd they charge you for mounting, $20 bucks? You can't really expect them to give you a new set of $700+ rims for that. BUT, I think they probably owe you some free labor at the very least. Like free mounting for the next 2 years or something to show their gratitude for you being a 20+ year customer and to prove to you that they won't let that happen again. Just my 2 cents...
