Is standard anti seize suitable for ti fasteners?
How do the ti rear rotors hold up? Last as long as stock?
Why arent ti clutch springs and bolts used/offered? Reduce weight in the drive train.

We've got a Ti M20 washer with an OD of 47mm and 3mm thick. We could probably cut it out to be an M30. That'd leave you with a 17mm shoulder. Not sure that's enough for you or not. https://racetechtitanium.com/product/titanium-m20-washer/

If that'll work, give me a call or text on Monday and I can get you a price. Itd probably be the price of the washer plus $25ish machine time.

Standard anti-seize is fine. It's just used to prevent galling.

The Ti rotors last as long but some people have mentioned they don't stop quite as well. They've said it's not super noticeable, you just have to put a bit more pressure on the brake. Probably 10% more or so.

As far as the Ti clutch springs, I don't have an answer for that. We've never really looked into them. We do however offer the Ti bolts/washers used in the clutch, we probably just don't have them listed out for your bike.

If you send me your Year, Make, and Model I could make a listing for you. Or if you know the bolt sizes, I can make it off of that!

Just talked to the boss and he said we can cut that down for you at no extra charge if it's only one or two. I misspoke on the shoulder-length, it'd actually be around 8.5mm. Let me know if you're interested!

How much weight are we talking here...maybe four to five pounds lighter if all the bolts are replaced? Do you have kits for specific bikes? My grandson has a 2019 KX85 and a 2019 KX112. Just wondering what you have for these bikes? I seem to remember not being able to find any of the big bolts like for the axles or the swing arm. Thanks for your time. James

Hey James!

On most 250-450 bikes a full kit will save you 6.5 lbs on average. I honestly couldn't tell you how much it would save for the KX85 or 112. The kits with axles and everything for the 250-450 bikes are $3300 on avg. $1000 less without axles and pivot bolts. I would assume it might be a little less for the 84/112. Give me a call or shoot me an email if you are interested or have any other questions! I'd love to help as much as I can!

Can you explain the benefit of using titanium bolts in areas that have rotating mass? IE brake disk bolts, sprocket bolts, and disk brakes?
I love your guys products and customer service.

Thanks so much for the kind words!

The benefit of using lighter bolts/parts in areas with rotating mass is it makes it easier for those rotating parts to turn, which increases acceleration and power to the ground. It also improves braking power as you have to slow down less rotating mass. Plus they look awesome and don't rust!

Just want to give a shout out to Racetech titanium for awesome customer service! They communicated with me via Instagram after hours and made it so my purchase in the morning was seemless. I lost a sub frame bolt and they hooked it up with just the one bolt I lost. Of course I am sucker for a coupon so I bought a couple more bolts using the coupon, so thank you!
Instagram name is petitehusky264 if you are wondering what customer I am.

Is there any risk you could run into using Ti in engine cases, fork lugs, etc? Would it be wise to use something like Anti seize in these places?

I'm not too educated in metal technology, but always like to learn more.

I've got $1500+ in Ti bolts and fasteners on my Rockstar FC450 from you guys and everything has been a perfect fit and look trick as hell in comparison to the John Deere tractor nuts and bolts that come on the KTM/Husky's :-)

Hey man, as far as we know, there's no risk as long as you check your torque specs regularly. Factory Connection uses Redline and high pressure grease. JGR uses light grease on all the ti bolts and anti-seize on the head bolts. We recommend using similar products to prevent galling. Thanks!
