Six or seven years ago, I’m all on board with this prediction.

Wasnt it 22 or 23 he was had his most main event wins in a season, tied with Tomac on wins for the year?

22.  Age catches up with the best of them.  No one beats Father Time.

Agreed but that wasn’t 6 or 7 years ago.

I never said it was impossible that he wins A-1, I just said that I would be on board with the OP’s prediction 6 or 7 years ago.  I don’t think an Anderson win at A-1 is a very likely scenario in 2025.

It’s not unusual for the first round to produce an unlikely winner.
Anderson, Roczen, Barcia, if we get some weather, even prado could be a surprise.

I don’t understand why some of you can point blank rule it out.

Jett is just mentally so chill and relaxed, to beat him means finding that much more speed. We saw this with McGrath so we know how this plays out. McGrath like Jett was so fast without sweating it. It’s mental, but if anyone could unlock that speed and, assuming he finds a flow, a groove, gets in the zone, I could see Anderson being that guy.
