Not hard to figure out..
Stewart Tickle, and Craig. But Craig was smart and hired a big dollar lawyer and got off.
But all three were 100% using a banned product and got caught.
Clason got caught smoking pot, I wouldn’t call that a ped.
I agree 100%, but they were here, and they were in charge, and those riders took a banned substance.

If guys tested positive because of contaminated products, there would be huge lawsuits.
Three guys got caught, it’s really that simple. Where they mishandled? 100%. Do I agree with what happened? Absolutely not, but they still took a band product and they got caught.
Clason's case was Adderall, same as Stewart.
I thought it was thc for some reason.
That’s definitely a ped.
Davey has nothing to do with supercross and the FIM has never been involved with or influenced US pro motocross. Pro motocross used USADA not WADA.
In the US, Supplements aren't regulated like food and drugs are. So ultimately its on the athlete to be cautious of what they put in their body. On top of that we are talking about a substance that was present at like 3 PPB which is damn near nonexistent much less a beneficial amount. What it ultimately came down to was that he didn't save a small amount of the pre workout in the off chance that he failed a test. He had a course of action to prove innocence, but he didn't take the proper steps to allow himself to take it.
Pretty sure the appeals process goes outside of the US. Seems like it did for Tickle. USADA is a label for WADA in the US just like CHINADA is WADA in China. Granted they use WADA code in their policy, but it’s a far stretch from US having the same independency from the WADA as something like the NFL or NBA. DC could care less about who does it actually. He runs the Nats and that’s how he gets paid (apparently). If he has to have a drug governing body, then he goes with whatever his vendors want, or tell him to get.
Maybe you should sit this one out at least until you've familiarized yourself with the subject matter
Thanks dad for the wisdom and far reaching technical expertise that only comes from agency structure mediation and years of late nite analytical projections beyond what is readily apparent, and usually happens with hours of help desk support and multiple passsword resets 😏
It’s so good to know that all our wonderful US affiliates are completely on the up and up, and have no self interests or motives in the whole grand scheme of fairness and parity for US rider support and success.
Is there some kind of thought you're having and the words aren't coming out right, or maybe a point or opinion you're trying to convey? Or are you responding to anything in particular I said that maybe I'm missing? I'm just picking up incoherent babbling, sorry.
Hahaha! You can’t translate all that lol?!
