That is a mighty fine turtle house!

Probably qualifies me to operate a broom in your shop. And maybe a dust pan. LOL

You know what the problem is?

The only people who will see this thread and thus this mans works is a bunch of us old fucks. We are all over 40 for the most part right?

Can you imagine the inspiration that this mans work could provide along with some mentorship if a young man, 14-25 years old could see this thread? A bit dramatic, but it could be life changing you know?

Our young people need inspiration and mentorship to go about their lives in a meaningful way, not the horseshit short attention span crap they are exposed to now every day.

Rant over

I've posted some pics before of my wife's stone art work. When she did work for the Uber rich, there were no pictures allowed. So we had no pics from the really high end jobs. They didn't like the idea that people would think they are just throwing money around friviously. So one day I had some sketches from John and Rebecca Moores (Owners of the Padres at the time) that I showed to some potential clients and the wife recognizes the work and says "you do work for John and Becky?" Oops 😬

Speaking of Padres owners, some friends (another trade) of mine were right in the middle of building/remodeling Peter Seidlers house last year. I was talking to him on site when he got the call he had passed away.

Well all that work looks nice, but I have a few pieces of IKEA furniture at my house. 😆

Beautiful work thanks for sharing the pictures.

Absolutely outstanding work.  I look at this stuff and think I wasted my life becoming an electrician.

Look at the bright side, you never have to touch a broom!

Don't worry about all the youth; my buddy has engaged his sons in his masonry business. They're getting the firsthand experience and they'll truly know what craftsmanship is by the time they are 30. Here's just one example of his work:

EDIT: sorry to hijack your thread, Dirtydeeds. Your work is fantastic, too. Say the word and I'll delete this post.
