I agree with the sentiment here and the overpromising is why I judged WSX against such a high criteria previously. I feel all involved have shown humility though and admitted that, actually, they haven't delivered on a lot of things. Now that they have repositioned their stance, I'll be judging them against a much simpler criteria this time around!
