Looks really good. Just curious what fork height did PC recommend?

I want to say 3-5mm but I can't remember for the life of me, and I wasn't there when they were put on. I have it in my notes at home though I'll have to check

Definitely one of my favorite bikes/builds. I can't wait to see what she's got now

You should check correctly your water pump
I know it fit on the 19 but I’m not sure the impeller is the same. Some Pc mechanics tell me to not use it on the 19 ..

That's strange it fit perfectly? The impeller is definitely different than stock but I figured that's a given since it's a mod part. Did they say not to use the water pump completely or just the impeller?

Thank you! It's probably buried somewhere in this post but I'm getting a Hinson clutch down at mini O's. Might be a little bit for the Ti pegs though haha

Thought I was done... but just ordered a Ti bolt kit, WC radiator braces, and the new WC elite axel blocks (since the old WC axel blocks I had on are too big).

In addition, I'm picking up a full Hinson clutch kit (with the clutch cover) down at Mini O's. After that I'm just going to enjoy her and try to avoid adding on anything else for at least a little while haha

You make me feel better about my addiction of buying parts. I bought wheels and thinking clutch or ecu now lol.

Haha just glad I'm not the only one! I've been debating an ECU as well, but that would be down the road too. What color combo did you go with on the wheels

I picked up the dubya set off the Bazaar. I talked to dubya and they can change the bearings to fit the 19 worked out good.

WC radiator braces and the new axel blocks came in. Ended up going with black over red on the blocks this time. Red just didn't look right for some reason. Also, PC hooked me up in the decal area! haha always love some stickers

Picking up Hinson clutch this week! and Ti kit should be in soon as well

Do they sell a bearing/spacer set to modify older front wheels?

Your the only person I've saw so far with a 19' kx450 that had his suspension done by PC. I'm curious to see what you think of it because I'm considering it after some advice from another member. Have you rode with it yet?

Just curious if you ever got to ride with all the new goodies on the bike? Where I'm located it's winter so don't get to try out my set up until spring!

Twin Air Power Flo is in! The stock cage having the screen imbedded is such a pain.

I spent hours cutting on my oem cage, I was bleeding from every finger but I got it done... keep in mind I couldn't find any aftermarket cage at that time

That's crazy, my Honda cage had like 4 or 5 tabs you could bend and the screen popped right out lol

Can we get a ride report on this sweet build? Curious how that exhaust mount is holding up. Also, how do you like those bars?
