For this test, everything is done by hand, tracing, cutting, shaping and welding ....

In order to check the templates and dimensions.
Then I will use the technology.

The thickness here is 0.8mm steel

Thank you,

But for those of the cones above, I really did it quickly before closing last night.
I did not even change the tungsten of the tig for the sheet of 0.8mm !!! the 3.2mm tungsten was mounted ... big mistake!

I would take whatever steps are necessary to do a great job.
This is just a first try to see the full extent of the work

Hats off to you!!! This is really a "build" worthy of being in the "build" section. A lot of scratch building going on and drawing out cone templates is tedious work. Keep the pics coming!!

First test, it still must make the stampings in the right direction !!!

This is a prototype and I will make the correction .... as well as a modification to accentuate the stamping.

This is a true bike build. Most "builds" on here are "assembly" projects. Hat's off to you!

I leave you a link to go to the BRCRACING website in Canada:

http://brcracing.ca/

We can't wait to mount this called modern engine design stuff (exhaust valve, balance wheel, electric starter or not)

And ride with what is for me ... the best(The Beast) basis of the 500 engine, a good one ( vintage / old) CR500 honda modified as I like.

You will soon be able to follow all of this on different media like : Instagram / Youtube or Vitalmx

I had given all the possibilities for people wishing to have information to obtain them ... (by posting a direct link to BRC-Racing Canada).

But, since I have to reply, I would say, about a third less than what you announced ... follow the link below to find your way around ... if you speak in canadian dollars, if not almost half...

I didn't much express myself on covid-19 and be unable to properly advance motorcycles base on cr500 motor.

One of the most important features of this job is to do a lot of things in the workshop, which I cannot do due to quarantine.

It is impossible for me to go to the workshop where I work and make all these super cool things!

"I will not spread out on the economic side which is necessarily catastrophic, like for many independents ..."

However, I can progress on two points:

The exhaust and something really good: "The BRC"

So, why the BRC?
Because you only need to bolt and ride!

The piston is the same as on the cr500, the connecting rod is 144mm.

This bike is super easy to maintain in excellent condition and to ride!

Without having to re-edit parts or wait months to find some part in very good condition, failing to be able to find them new!
