This photo alone sums up the great advantages of this Engine .... a good crankshaft by CWI, a cylinder which promises a lot.... an exhaust valve... and above all! The balancing shaft!

I wonder what Adam would obtain of this excellent base?

For the cr500 exhaust and why not for the BRC in the future, work on IT is made easier by the situation.

Nice! I see you are using Catia for exhaust pipe 3D modelling. What Catia version are you using?

Would love to read a ride report of the BRC kit to know if it is a like a 250 2 stroke on steroids or like a 450. Because that crank looks BIG. I wouldn't want a 2 stroke with the inertia of a 450.

Since things are not progressing as we wish and the trend is towards past stuff... These are some examples of my previous constructions...

I always dreamed of riding a "ServiceHonda" by Andrew and his friends, but at the time I could not afford...

Here is a kind of tribute...

For the BRC.

If it’s an auto version it may require custom modification of the wedge set to achieve enough mass to properly engage. The higher torque motors normally will slip a Rekluse since they’re normally expecting higher rpms before the power is achieved.

Hi, Thank you Adam.

I chose to mount a "Manual Torq drive", because the motorcycle (engine) is already, I think, extremely flexible and delivers the power of low revs.

I thought that the torq drive would be a slight plus to delivery all the enginepower at the rear wheel!

The pandemic has changed a lot of things, and essentially the possibility of working and exchanging internationally

I am not making much progress, because it missed essential parts for the engines of the cr500's.

I try to focus on what I can advance. BRC 500! It's hard, because here we just regained the right to move freely recently.

Delivery in progress of the donor that will feed the BRC
