The beauty of this thread is that some good advice was given very early and others have resisted the temptation to make fun of the young...

Hey man, I know, but if I'm honest what's to make fun of? I'm just a rider looking for some tips from some more experienced guys...

Braders,

Nothing against you my friend!

Sometimes, younger riders ask honest questions on here and they are made fun of. That didn't happen in your case and it was a refreshing change. I hope you got some good points and I hope in the future other younger riders are provided the same assistance rather than being teased...

Good luck to you!

I had a guy who was faster than me (alot) say this to me one day, I think it supposed to keep you looking ahead. He says, Pretend there is a rabbit 25-30 feet in front of you hauling ass, railing every berm, smooth and hauling ass, picture him there and then try to catch him. Seemed kinda like an oddball tip from an oddball guy, Laughing But I tried it and wound up over shooting corners and over jumping shit so maybe theres something to it. I think it's a mental trick to keep you focused ahead. For me it was like the turtle trying cacth the hare, but give it a whirl, you never know
