Would be interested to see what picture you have of me
Wesley Parker 319…I was a local pro from WA State, I did a few Canadian Nationals that year and Hangtown on a 125 and Washougal on a 250.

Besides the guys on your list I remember MXA’s Dennis Stapleton qualified for 1 or 2 125 Nationals in 00 on a Husky. Also there was the Moto Xtremes Husky team out of Ohio or Indiana. David Oettel from Wisconsin was National number 98 or 99 and made some motos. Also, after the Ferracci team was done in 02 I believe Willy Browning raced some East Cost 125 SX in 03 on a Husky. I can’t remember by numbers for sure but the 980 may be Daniel Blair…he rode 1 race in 2002 (Hangtown) on a FBF 125.

Yeah he did Paris bercy sx in 02 on a husky with UFO gear but I don’t know what number he was that’s why I though maybe 319

Cool thread and build, feel like I received an entire education about the FBF team. Kudos to all the guys stepping up to help this member out with parts and knowledge as well! Bike should be sweet when done.

I can’t thank everyone on here enough . If it wasn’t for members here I would still have the same beat up husky with metal mulisha graphics, blue painted procircuit pipe and blue spoke skins .

I knew I wouldn’t be of any help when I saw this thread title so I never bothered to click. But after seeing it bumped to the top all the time I decided to check it out. I’m glad I did, this is awesome! Good luck with the build!

That cone pipe looks so cool !!
It was a Scalvini pipe. It looked super cool, but I actually liked the DEP and PC pipes better. You can barely see the back side...
It was a Scalvini pipe. It looked super cool, but I actually liked the DEP and PC pipes better. You can barely see the back side of the CDI bracket in this picture. This CDI had a single piece plug connector, instead of the two piece that the '02 CR250 had. FBF was no help, so I had to figure out how to hook it up. Finally found a KX harness that had a plug that would mate to the box. Then figure out how to pin it out. I didn't like the connector sticking out to the side, so I mounted it pointing up. This was the second 250 I built. It actually started as a 300, but I didn't like it as much as the 250, so I swapped out the top end for 250 stuff.

Small world. Here's the pipe. Been hanging in my garage for about 5 years! Gonna clean it up tomorrow.

If I remember right, it will actually bolt right up to the his bike. Pretty sure all that stuff swaps over from around '99 to '12.

I’m missing the rim lock in this rim and one spoke that broke on removal from the stock rim . I’m having hard time finding spokes oem husky part can’t get from excel and the rim lock from the excel stock rim doesn’t work in this rim so need find one also l. I’ll find those and do that once I get a Dunlop 2002 spec tire

The Dunlop 952 has the same tread pattern as the old 756 tires they used to run. The 952 is still readily available front and rear and in an 18, and 19 as well. Hope this helps!

You tried Hall's Cycles in Springfield, Illinois to find parts? They know old Husky's and they'll jump through their ass to help you. Hall's Cycles

I have not yet, I have been using just Scott at Toy Tech Cycles and GP bikes here in Canada for my oem parts and Stormworks is helping me with the not available oem parts now and a big time husky lover in Ontario Canada has been helping me also !!
