You’re talking so far out of your ass 😂 one second you hate them the next you own all of them and now you’re back to “maybe they’re not bad in stock trim” lmao. And your “reasons” aren’t even facts just opinions from someone who clearly doesn’t own a Suzuki 😂
I said before n00b - I have owned more Suzukis than you have had bikes.

The 250 class is all about power, if you start with an RMZ you start at a deficit compared to the rest. Unless the RMZ has more hop up potential than the other bikes that deficit won't be able to be overcome.

That twisted development motor is pretty stout compared to other privateer or mid level teams.
Most people forget, these bikes can all make peak hp. It’s spreading the power out and making it fast, reliable, and rideable. Just because it revs to 14k rpms doesn’t mean it’s fast. This sport needs teams like BARX. They are our middle class backbone and they are killing it

Post of The Day!

That's some funny stuff & it's on a motocross forum in "Moto-Related".

Bwaaahaaahaaaahaaaaa

Note: life DOES NOT get more "MX" than a Rickman MX125 or the AJS Stormer.

A question: does the Rickman have a Zundapp, DKW or some other engine...?

The Rickman is more of just a racer, not a show queen.

It is nervous handling and has an awful gearbox. However, it turns great, makes good power (albeit over a very narrow range), and Rickman build quality and attention to detail was top-notch

This place makes me smile and LOL while drinking my Monday-morn coffee.

1st, crazies talk smack about a bike that seems to be doing "just fine" at the races. Regular dudes chime in that they ride'em and they dig'em. I've ridden & raced'em, too. Form winning at Day in the Dirt ti getting some Bears at Mammoth: The Zooks are excellent & I dig'em.

I think some of us don't get how easy the Zook is to maintain and how strong the motor is right off the bottom. It's a great bike. The 250 is simply the easiest 250 to ride and is SUPERB for the new-kids.

Then there's my fellow old-schoolers reminiscing about the gorgeous Rickmans...Newmann is smiling down on us.

Yeah, we know all the Suzuki jokes and I'm by no means a Suzuki fan but I think this team is one to watch. Larry Brooks has been the team manager and now they brought on Kenny Watson so they are putting in a great infrastructure. I hear they are adding another rider but I'm not sure who. Schwartz and Kilroy have both had good results so I'm looking forward to seeing what they can do.

No need to dog on the Suzuki, we have heard it all. All this thread is about is it is good to see a team growing. KW is a big addition and I'm sure the team will be much better funded for the 22 season.
Hey McG194 - you have vital talking now on BarX Suzuki - well done.
Cant wait to see how they do in 22 with their four riders.

Is Bar x a dealership,? Tried Google. Not much there.
Hell, I don't even know if it's Bar X or BarX. I have seen it both ways even in team propaganda.

I believe it’s just a name. Cole Barbieri’s dad owns it I think. Could just be a better sounding barbieri motor sports.

People may be overlooking the knowledge Davi brings to setting up a yellow bike. I think this will be a great fit for Mumford

You joke but just how crazy of an idea is that?

Suzuki could do a bike with trick suspension and tuned motor and still probably sell for less than a stock KTM.
