Whiplash by Metallica is one of my personal favorites. Actually you know what, that entire album kicks ass. Four horsemen, seek and destroy etc. So good

If anyone is ever in the mood to watch a good documentary on metal from its beginning with bands like Black Sabbath to today's current stuff, I'd recommend the following two documentaries:

-Metal: A Headbanger's Journey

-Global Metal (They go to places where you wouldn't even think metal bands exists. Places like Indonesia, Israel, India, United Arab Emirates, and a bunch of other places)

And if you want to learn even more there's a 12 part series produced by the same guys called Metal Evolution.
