True, I have raced poorly after waking up with a stiff neck. Happens to everyone. For a few minutes, it looked like Eli was going to have another so-so performance and then something clicked. Am I wrong?

Promoters always lie about how many people are there. They always have. This is 'acceptable behavior' for all events it seems.
