Has anyone’s pass been renewed yet? I’ve had an email saying I won’t have to do anything & it will renew on or about the 1st December, the date comes & goes. It doesn’t take the funds. I received another email saying the same but the date is now the 4th. Still nothing. My payment method is the same (through PayPal).
Edit: it’s taken the funds now.
Well, I've just been ripped off by these P**ks!
They took my money for the 2024 Season Pass on the 23rd of October. My bank account showed it as being taken out on the 25th of October. $159.99 USD = $254.15 AUD.
All shown on their site in my payments record and that the 2024 Season Pass was in place.
On the 10th of November I got an Email saying they would take my money on / around 1st of December. I Emailed them and told them I had Already been charged for it. I received no reply, but my records on the site showed the payment, and that the 2024 pass was in place.
On the 21st of November, I received another Email that they would take my money, again, on / around the 1st of December. I once again Emailed them with the details, the records on their site were still there. No Reply.
On the 2nd of December, I received an Email saying that they would take my money - AGAIN - on / around the 4th of December. Once again I emailed them telling them they'd taken my money on the 23rd of October, And for them Not to take my money Again. I checked my payment / pass records again at that time. They had removed the 2024 Pass listing, But, still had the listing of the 23rd of October payment. I received no reply, Again.
Today - our 5th of Dec - US 4th December, they took $175.99 USD ( a different figure than what they advertised) = $266.77 AUD.
So, they've charged me Twice and never responded to my Emails. Today in their sites records, it shows the 2024 Pass as being back in place, and in the payments records, they show both the 23rd of October payment, and the US 4th of December payment. I've taken a picture of it in case they remove the 23rd of October taking of my money. My Bank Account records show each payment.
I an Royally P**sed off with this company taking my money, twice. The first time with no warning, and them Never answering my Emails.
So, they've taken $335.98 USD = $520.92 AUD from me now
I'm trying to contact them now, but so far, they just seem to ignore every Email I send to them.
Absolute Rip Off Bastards.
I got the same problem. I mailed them and they answered within 15 min. I got refunded
Sorry to here this Bearuno and it really pisses me off reading this. Hopefully you can get in touch with your bank to help or reverse the payment.
I hate automatic renew subscriptions and removed my payment details from SMX season pass for this exact reason some months ago. I will renew it but when im ready to do so.
I don't trust any of these companies since all the floracing crap.

I did not realize it was auto renew, just had $277 AUD taken from my account.
I did not realize when I signed up in September this year for $36 for the SMX series it would lock me into an Auto Renew for the next year at full price.
Have revoked the auto renew from my Paypal account so they can't take it again next year.

What email account did you use to ask for a refund on double payment? I've got the same issue and haven't had an email response yet. I replied to the original email notifying me on an upcoming payment.
Hopefully its just the time zones as to why there is no email response.

Same here, two payments for the same subscription a week apart. The first was $159 the second $191. I emailed supermotocrosssupport@endeavorstreaming.com. Got a response within a hour advising they are "looking into it". Hopefully get the seconded refunded and will cancel the auto-renew for next year.

Mine renewed as stated it would. However, it was shared in the e-mail it would be $159.99USD and I got charged $183.99USD. No idea why. Worked out to $260 Canadian which was $33 more than it should have been.
I’m just glad we have a reliable source to watching it so I don’t like complaining about the cost too much.
Just had mine refunded. They're pretty quick to rectify the mistake which is good.
Cancelled this year. Last year I never seemed to have time to watch when the races were live and when I got around to watching them they were already uploaded somewhere online, so… I’ll save the money
Just went through this as well. Pay attention to your refund amount as they tried shorting me on that as well. They had to do a second refund for the remainder.
At least the stream worked flawless all season or it wouldn’t be worth the effort dealing with them.
Don't they do a early discount subscription before season start?, I got the peacock deal and I was going to get this too as my main and use other as backup. I'm thinking I'll just stick to peacock with vpn now.
Similar problems here. There was payments of 159,99usd and later 198,33usd. After mailing back and forth with their customer service, they conclude price is 159,99usd and rest (37,2usd) would be tax, so approx 24%. Do any of you know what that tax should be? If I understood correctly, as I’m international customer tax should be 0%.
Edit: They claimed many times, that excess amount is tax, but refused to tell what is tax%. After putting some text from Google about Digital services sales tax, international sales tax and their receipt stating tax is 0%, they refunded that 37usd. Will be cancelling my subscription.

Somewhat related, MXGP-TV is auto renew, but I didn't see any notification of this.
The way to handle them, and possibly SMX video pass, is to remove your payment method from their site.
I was also surprised to see recently that through PayPal payments, vendors are able to set themselves up for auto pay. I was surprised by how many there were.
You just have to go in and remove the authorizations.

I was just charged $200.74 Canadian on Dec 4th. Seems a bit low, as the exchange rate on the 4th was 1.3541 on the Bank of Canada website. 159.99 x 1.3541 = 216.64. I'm not going to complain, but you should as yours seems way too high.
What a shitshow. Keeping track of who paid and who hasn't and charging the correct amount isn't rocket science - it's basic business management.
I just got double charged here in Sweden, $175 the end of november and just now $199!
The first thing I did was cancel my card with my bank, because I thort it was fraud.
So now I need to contact smx. And then wait for a new card and fix all my other subscriptions once I get is like gym, netflix......what a fuck around

Really, I think we all just want to pay what we owe. And surely we don’t all owe different amounts.
Check your junk mail folders.. or if it's a email address you don't check that they respond to on your subscription and not your primary.

upermotocrosssupport@endeavorstreaming.com/ with no reply. I have been checking my junk mail as well. This is truly disgusting. I would suggest everyone cancel their account, you still get the full season, you simply need to sign up again next season if you choose to.
Does anyone know another way to contact them?
I am trying to remove my visa info from my account but it does not seem possible. I had a couple of other people look at my account in case I was missing something, unfortunately they could not figure it out either. Anyone figure this out ? Guessing I just need to delete my entire account. What a gongshow.
