The streaming ploy is driving me crazy, especially with the NBA finals currently. Finals aren't on Peacock, only for the playoffs so I can't watch em because I don't wanna fork over the money for another service. Cable, or some iteration of a combined channel offering, is gonna make a comeback. Get off my lawn!

Between the Chase situation and Kawasaki's reliability issues with Stew Baylor in GNCC they have had a rough couple years. Stew seemed pretty frustrated after yesterdays race, he was last off the line with the bike not starting and having no clutch for almost the whole race. Reading between the lines in his interview it sounds like he is relying on some guys on the OEM side to help with these issues and it isn't happening. Not an insider, and I maybe wrong, but I feel like the opinion of Chase burning bridges isn't 100% accurate. Yes, he's been somewhat critical of his bikes but I felt like him leaving Honda had more to do with the Lawrence's moving into the premier class than the bike. KTM had some shock and brake issues with multiple riders calling it out but leaving had more to do with personalities clashing between Chase and some team members. We got home an hour and a half after it started and were able to rewind to the beginning, as well as fast forward. I've watched a few that way. As long as you tune in before the broadcast is over, you can hit pause, then go back and start from the beginning. Once it's over you have to wait. Chase's ghost ride tantrum was unprofessional and isn't acceptable. People seem to forget though: KTM was on about their 3rd iteration of a new chassis that they struggled to get working when he started with them. KTM had a "shock" issue. Hot take here but his ride at Washougal last year was even more impressive to me because Jett was not out of the race like at Hangtown and he was still blowing the doors off everyone that weekend. Also same bike though. How can you dislike a bike so much when you look like the best rider in the world on some weekends and in SX aswell? The best Chase we have seen is at least up there with Hunter right now, it's mindblowing he does that to himself..

No doubt, it's his fault, but this isn't working. Suzuki didn't work for MC. The redesigned Yamaha didn't work for James. The Kaw didn't work for Prado, and now Chase. I never wanted to see talented guys, who could be battling up front, hamstrung by their bikes. It's good for no one.
