I really wish that Fly could have a bigger presence in Scandinavia. I love what they are doing and the designs of the gear lines is getting better and better(big fan of the lite hydrogen line).

I will stick to my Fox Flexair gear for now but who knows, maybe JT could talk me over to the Fly camp? Wink

We have a great distributor in Sweden (Duells) but Finland has been something we are working on. I think you would like the Lite Hydrogen (pictured with Brayton above). It's in the same thought process as the Fox Flex Air line, minimalist gear with high performance and ultra light weight.
Yeah i know about Duells. I think Duells is the same company or at least affiliated with Duell(Big Finnish importer) but they don't carry Fly. I wish they would since my dealer gets all his stuff through Duell and Duell in actually located 15km from my house!

I can not say enough about how well Fly racing treats me. And there gear is top notch . I was with another brand for years and they were great as well but Fly is just a step above . Also. I seen someone say that they do not do names and number ? That is incorrect. Since they do mine for me .

I wear fly evolution stuff from 2012 and like it a lot. I got it cause I am 5'8 and a lot of other brands pants were annoying me with being longer and bunching up in my knees. I guess I am being picky. Anyways I am not gonna lie when I got it the pants looked kind of cheap with the stitching but it has held up awsome and I literally recommend it to everyone I talk to.

Now this being said I just got a pair of fly gloves that I have hardly worn and have ripped along the seam where the palm is by the thumb. I think it was nuts a issue with the stitching honestly. I emailed them to see if something could be done so hopefully will hear back tomorrow or next day. Either way don't hesitate to buy the fly evolution stuff. It's really good gear you won't be disappointed

My next gear purchase will be Fly. Not only have I heard good things about them from their customers, I think JT$ handles himself like a professional 100% of the time and he seems to genuinely care about his customers. You can't ask for more than that.

It isnt just the moto side of it, Ray takes care on the bmx side just as well. Fly dominates bmx and for good reason. It is a company built for racers and riders by racers and riders.

Got a set for Christmas and I've worn it a few times, so far I'm very happy with it! Both the jersey and pants fit well and seem durable so far, hard to say after just a few rides though. But, overall, I like it a lot!

Durability testing is in progress

I have a set of Fly gear & it's good stuff, the only difference I really notice is that the Fly tends to run bigger than the Fox gear that I have, Both size 38.

I tend to like the Fox graphics a little better than the Fly, but that's a personal thing.

But the new Fly 5 pivot knee guards are the bomb!
I agree fly runs bigger all around even in their helmets. However the low end fly pants held up great so far. Been many many outings on my fly pants. They have not torn or wore out even wearing my asterisk braces.

are there any fly dealers in mexico?
We are working with Autolack in Mexico and they are gettnig inventory rolling as we speak. They have a dealer network in place. We were formerly working with Moto Planeta (Pedro Gonzales) but distributors change directions at times, as do we.

Tits from the Pulp show got me started on some Fly stuff recently and I absolutely love it. The snug fit of the Lite Hydrogen jersey is my new favorite, and the designs get better every year. Helmet is comfy as hell too. No complaints on my end whatsoever.

Question for JT$, i have the fly carbon 2 helmet in xxl. I normally wear xxl in all other helmets. The fly runs big. It felt good new. Now is feels loose after Few outings. I bought the 35mm cheek pads. Felt tight when new. Now after a few outings its a tad loose on my head. Just a little bit. Should i go to the next size cheek pads?

I get asked this quite a bit, actually. Our liners and cheek pads have a break in process, yes. I always advise that people fit their helmets a bit tighter than usual and as it breaks in, it should fit perfectly. Definitely a common question and perfectly normal. Going up in the cheek pad should get you back to the initial fit you felt.

I've had fly and was very satisfied with quality but not a fan of the new colors and branding. That said, I'd buy it again simply because the WPS rep in my area is a great guy. Anytime I have a problem with gear or parts that I get from WPS he's very helpful. He actually wants our opinion on the products instead of just being a salesmen like the parts unlimited guy. I've never met a fox rep, tld rep or a stars rep but I've got a fly/wps rep in my cell phone, and that's got a huge bearing on what brand I want to pay for.

So far the f16 low buck pants are holding up very well. My next set is going to be the hydrogen line. I loved msr and had a set for ever. They finally died and got their new high level stuff. They ripped around the new brace area just after a few rides.

If the fly low buck f16 holds up this well. I can't imagine how long their top of the line stuff holds up.

Fox is still, and will always be the best imo, but Fly has come a long way. They've have a super aggressive marketing strategy which I repsect. Seems like they've spent a lot on advertising in hopes that more exposure would hook people once they tried it and it seems to be working. That shows they have confidence in their product which says a lot. They are in essence gambling on themselves because they believe in what they're doing and that is just awesome. I would rock some fly gear in the future because I'm a fan of JT$ and like how Fly supports pulpmx which I've been a huge fan of for 4 years now.

Thanks. Kinda strange when i googled 40mm f2 carbon. Part number 73-45354. Most sites state its for an extra small. Also is there a different upper liner i need ? The sizes go 25mm xxl, 35mm xl, 30mm large, 40mm extra small. Weird

On the knee guards I run the Thor ones that are similar, but I'm ready to chunk those things.. Do the fly ones rub a rash on the backside of your leg? Also where the henge is, do they rub the inside of your knees raw? The Thor ones give me a huge rash on the back side of my legs and tear my knees up where the henge and two bolts are on the inside.

Most helmet pads have liners that get thinner as the size goes up. Imagine the cheek cavity is pretty close to the same size throughout the line of helmet sizes. This is because the shell size variation is not that big and mfgs use the eps (Styrofoam) to account for changes in head size. The cavity between your cheek and the inside of the helmet has no or very little eps lining, so the thicker cheek pads make up the difference for smaller heads. That's why the 40mm are considered a smaller size.

Our Prizm knee guard is our newest in that line. The 5 Pivot are tried and true, however, if you're looking for a bit more protection but full knee braces.
