I know I’ll be “that guy” but not overly stoked on the idea. And I know I’m not alone on that.

Fark – that's enough to make you cry. ESPECIALLY when you consider Chad Watts said the trickest bike he EVER worked on was the 01 SR250...

actually just bought the bike, headquarters in Edgewater a bit over an hour south from me, took it to north fl mx, this past Sat.

strong motor, suspension takes all the hits of the bigs jumps, but need to make some adjustments, like any bike....

I ordered a bunch of Nickle bolts from spec bolt to swap out the chinses bolts, the bolts that hold the important parts together were Loctite, so that was a nice suprise.

I was originally shopping for something either a KLX110l or whatever, but kept coming back to this, size wise, motor etc...just seems like a good deal...

I'm 57, got a 19 KTM 450, an old YZ250, Im just a slow old man, but can tell its a pretty decent bike, and my son and I had a blast.

guess Keefer has one as well...so I think popularity for the brand is increasing...also the guys who did the Poto replica a year ago looked great.

forgot to Add, I met the owner, Yannick, came off as a very cool guy, ...moto dude with a business....

Wow...Interesting that you were able to buy one at the headquarters!

I've had one on order with an expected delivery date for bigy 190s being mid November. Now looking at end of December for the bikes to make it into the US...reason given for hold up is customs. Makes me wonder how the main office has them available?

Is your Bigy 190 a 2019 or 2020 model? My understanding is the 2020 model is what I'm waiting for then the 2021s will be coming in a few more months.

I think it will be worth the wait for you! Having rode the bike only once, Id be willing to wait a couple months for it.
Whew...thanks for the reply Kijen, I feel better now knowing I'm not somehow getting skipped over! Smile

Good to hear you're digging yours...have only talked with one other person who rode a bigy 190 and they dug it too.

Not sure how it works out that the 2021s will be released so soon after the 2020s make it to the US...must be either a covid or Chinese tariff kinda thing that held up the 2020s?

Was surprised to see RC on a yellow bigy 190 that sorta looks like a zuke as I've ordered yellow plastic for mine and was planning on putting Makita zuke graphics on it.

It's full on! It takes a certain sort of psychopath to just dump that exotica under some trees haha and like you said there's also the talk that there's pit of them somewhere.. I just can't imagine doing it! I guess that's the frame of mind you get in when you get endless bikes for free the majority of your life..

Must be fucken nice haha

People always were bending forks on the old CRF70 too. They were not made for adults.
Just saying they seem to be a weak point compared to the other offerings.

Maybe, but they've been that way for decades -- and have a lower spec'd max weight capacity than, say a KLX/DRZ 110

Ricky Carmichael is an ambassador for the motorcycle industry. Just like McGrath, Villopoto and Ricky Carmichael. They can’t be all fat and represent motor cross. All three guys are in great shape again. Just my take on it all.

I hear you there. I had to pre-order my 2021s in May and I still have an arrived. The two I bought were a BIGY 150mx and a BIGY FACTORY DAYTONA 190 cc. Suppose to be here in the next two weeks though.

Any REAL motorcycle enthusiast would know that Ricky Carmichael has always been an ambassador for the industry. It’s not just about a check it’s about getting more people involved and motorcycles especially dirt bikes. Just like Jeremy McGrath and Ryan Villopoto. There’s plenty other riders like Ken Roczen, Marvin Musquin that promote these bikes as well. It’s what they do for the dirt bike community.
