must be nice to live in a dry climate. Living in the northeast, i have had this problem on my 2017 and 2018 KTM's. Mostly on the triple clamp bolts, front brake caliper bolts, and lower subframe bolts. I disagree. The galvanized like finish is bad enough. But then add the markings of the t-wrench that can not be avoided and they look like crap. “If” you don’t use a t-wrench or socket on the bolts and wash regularly, I can see why you’d say they are “satisfactory “. But they are by far the ugliest OEM bolts on modern motocross bikes.
