This thread got weird...
lol
You're aware of the fact that Ducati is owned by the Volkswagen Group? They closed a plant in Belgium and three in Germany, it's a rough time for the auto and motor industry.
Renault is offloading Nissan who may not survive.
The Shop
No, but perhaps you should inform Chase of this unfortunate development rather then me.
It would be a great opportunity for you to drop in some of your socialist propaganda that you recently spouted in non moto.
MOTOGP
A torx head can take more torque than a hex. Screws this small need that.
Yeah Mr Supplier I’m going to need you to take .20/dollar on your aging - ok… so I presume you’re reducing the racing exposure accordingly? Naw man we still need to flex nuts - you dig?
“Aluminum frame” and “last forever” are things physics doesn’t think belong together.
Interesting read.
Was given plenty of requests to back up the claims but basically came back saying "I hate computers".
I'd polish my knob before the internals of engine cases.
You buy a company named GAS GAS and start using that brand to sell electric bikes and bicycles.
And you confuse government stimulus with a sustained increase in demand.
This is why i think the future of all racing divisions are wide open, regardless of what the KTM spokespersons tell the so-called media.
"We're going racing. Contracts are signed, bikes are built, they're all riding down at Baker's Factory, semis will be on the road," said Tom Moen from KTM's press department.
Do anyone with any kind of critical thinking capabilities think that the creditors give a shit about these racing operations and their survival when they want their owed money back?
Lets see what happens in 90-120 days.
LOL....
Thanks, I see people have tried engaging with him but unfortunately they disagreed so he went off rails, sadly he ticks all the boxes. He has clearly demonstrated no positive outcome can possibly come from engaging with him, got it.
Also, you are allowed to clean the dirt out of the torx head, it's not too difficult.
This conversation is ridiculous. I have never had any problems with the torx headed bolts during the past 20 years I have owned KTM's and most of them have hex head also which is quite nice

It really depends on ownership structure and timing of payments. The bond holders don't really have a say in marketing expenses and if the race teams are owner by a different company technically there's not much that they can do about it.
Well shit, thanks for posting that link. I now just spent an hour reading that shit. lol I have way more important shit I should be doing today.
Not sure I’d be too stoked to know I got laid off from the factory while the party just rolls on to the races.. shit look in my opinion. Seems sensible to back out of the racing contracts for a year and get your finances off life support. I fully expect our local series contingency program to get slashed - seems reasonable in these situations.
If he gets his 1 Billion mulligan the race teams will be fine.
I am starting to think the”pit stop” starts when they lock the doors.
I’ll be very interested to see how they plan to fiscally restructure and get back on track.
They are close to $600 million in debt on bonds & promissory notes alone.
First thought is if you didn’t have the ability to avoid this situation ( it’s been years in the making ) you probably don’t have the ability to get out of it.
A case of ego and hubris getting in the way of logic and sound business choices ?
I’d say they’ll end up getting bought by the Chinese / Taiwanese ( read Kymco or similar ) or the Indians who will make drastic cuts and go where the profit is - cheap scooters and lower cc road bikes for the developing countries .
I wonder if PT realized as he rode in to this thread on his white horse that MxAddic was one of the first to disagree with his miracle mod in the other thread?
So all the PGM would be out of rides for this year? Canning all the mechanics and everyone related to the race team then have to build it up again. No thanks. They need to keep some presence if they pulled out of racing the concern from the outsiders perspective would go up.
Suzuki is in the corner quietly laughing.
It's a marketing expense. If they stop all marketing their sales and thus company will suffer even more.
Just gone through that thread. Jeeeez.... the guy is either sneering or name-dropping. The lack of self-awareness is off the scale. Holy shit 😱
If you have an over supply of complete bikes, how do you deal with that besides cutting production? They already cut prices but I see more marked down PMG bikes than any other brand (at least on dealer websites).
There are probably EU laws that would keep spare part production going through the restructuring process.
Why don't you just put your key board down... and try it. If you don't want to... don't. I could careless what you do or say btw. But you got to come out and use that key board vs actual do stuff! Living in the metaverse. LMAO.
